CONTEND AND TAKE OVER
Jude 1:3 – “Earnestly contend for the faith…”
You’re joking if you think just coming to church solves everything. The devil doesn’t back off because you’re dressed and shouting amen. If you’re not ready to fight, you’re not ready to keep what God gives.
Look at your neighbor and say: "Contend and take over!"
✊ WHY MUST YOU CONTEND?
Because life is spiritual.
Because blessings are contested.
Because the enemy doesn’t rest.
“We wrestle not against flesh and blood…” (Ephesians 6:12)
If you don't contend for your faith, your family, your future—you'll lose ground to the enemy. Fight with prayer. Fight with discipline. Fight with truth.
🛡 THE FIGHT IS REAL — BUT SO IS THE VICTORY
God never promised an easy life, He promised victory.
“This is the victory that overcomes the world—our faith.” (1 John 5:4)
That depression? Fight it.
That addiction? Fight it.
Those negative voices? Fight them.
You’re not weak—you’re born of God. Act like it. Fight back. TAKE OVER.
⚔ CONTEND FOR THE FAITH
You’re not just fighting for money.
You’re fighting to keep the truth alive in a world full of lies.
You’re fighting for purity in a perverse culture.
You’re fighting to live holy when compromise is trending.
Don’t just post scriptures. Live them. Don’t just shout “Jesus.” Follow Him.
🔥 WHAT YOU’RE REALLY FIGHTING
- Distractions (scrolling vs praying)
- Addictions & Lust (silent killers of destiny)
- Fear & Negative Thoughts (you’ll never make it, right? Wrong!)
You fight back with the Word. You fight back in prayer. You fight back with boldness.
🙏 PRAY THIS:
Father, I will not sit back and let the enemy rob me. I rise in faith. I contend for my peace. I fight for my purpose. No fear. No distraction. No delay. I take over by fire, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
Final Word:
Stop letting life happen to you.
Take your Bible. Take your voice. Take your stand.
Contend and take over. You are more than a conqueror!
