The Council of Elders serves as the spiritual backbone of PCMM. They offer wisdom, counsel, and oversight to guide the ministry in sound doctrine, integrity, and prayer. Rooted in maturity and led by the Spirit, this council supports the Senior Pastor in maintaining spiritual order and pastoral care within the body of Christ.

The Ushering Team Lead directs a group of dedicated stewards who ensure order, hospitality, and warmth in every service. They welcome attendees, assist with seating, and help maintain a spiritually conducive atmosphere. With a spirit of excellence, they embody Christ’s love through service and honour.

The Evangelism Team Lead spearheads the soul-winning mandate of the church. Through outreach, street missions, online crusades, and community engagements, this team takes the gospel beyond the church walls. Their heartbeat is to see lives saved and eternities redirected through the message of Jesus Christ.

The Welfare Team Lead oversees our outreach and in-house care programs. This team responds to the practical needs of members—whether it’s providing food, financial aid, prayer support, or emergency help. They work closely with our charity arm, ensuring no one in our community is left behind.

Worship is warfare—and the Music Team Lead coordinates worship ministers, instrumentalists, and praise leaders to usher the congregation into God’s presence. With skill, spiritual sensitivity, and purity, the team leads dynamic worship that breaks yokes and lifts hearts toward the throne of grace.
